Robust rock slider design made of aluminum, the front panel is reinforced with “Dimple Die” beads. The steps can be unscrewed or replaced if necessary. If the running boards are not used, the holes in the Rockslider can be closed with the screws provided.
The connection to the vehicle occurs via the existing thread inserts on the underside of the body. To do this, the rock slider is screwed to the body with 6 M10 screws.
Our rock sliders have received a parts certificate from TÜV Süd. We have opted for lightweight construction, so our Rockslider is a functional cabin protection made of aluminum, therefore not suitable for a jack, but more sufficient protection in medium-heavy terrain.

Wheel/tire combinations that are larger than the original tires may require adjustment work. If the tires are large, the rock slider must be shortened at the front. The rock sliders are only suitable for double cabins.

Die Rockslider sind wie beschrieben ein ausreichender Schutz für mittelschweres Gelände und von guter Qualität. Sie passten ohne Nacharbeit an die Befestigungspunkte der originalen Trittbretter. Aus meiner Sicht eine sinnvolle Investition.

Die Lieferung war schnell, am nächsten Tag konnte ich bereits die sehr schönen Rockslider montieren. Das war auch ohne Hebebühne möglich, allerdings mussten 2 Langlöcher etwas aufgebohrt werden. Die Optik ist einfach sehr gut, machen einen wirklich stabilen Eindruck und beim Aussteigen ist das eine Hilfe. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen.
